reading off the ne led simm

Purchased a led simm this morning, one of the new 1's that dont involve soldering or anything. Opened the box up inserted simm and got reading.
Anyway, to check put switch in the middle to check ird as i already have this.

Does this still work on the new led simm?

Anyway, the reading obtained by placing the switch in the middle, iz no where near my ird, wen changed over. So would thid mean readings off switch 1 and 2 are also wrong, youd think so wouldn't ya?

If so, wat am i doing wrong..
