reading mosc cards

I got two mosc cards
i Try reading the cards in Nagraedit and this what I got
i think i need to get a t911 to unlock it. What do think guys

sticky fingers i tried that already m8
and rock i thought it was locked
any way i just ordered two unlocked cards for £20 posted
