Reading a card with Nagra

Can somebody please tell me whether this card needs glitching, this is what nagra says when reading card:

Does atr starting with 3F mean its fooked or can it be glitched?

Does atr starting with 3F mean its fooked or can it be glitched?

Yeah card is locked and needs to/can be unlocked via glitcher.
If the card was fooked you'd get the 'invalid ATR' message so yeah card is usable.
