Hello everyone!

This is a newbie question-

Right could someone please tell me if by using a 2 way splitter for my dogy box, can the cable company find out, because i'm using one line for my box and the other for my braodband.

Someone said to me that the cable compa\ny can find out, is it true.? im in a ex c&w area.
