Re-Flash from Back up prob

Hi I have 2 DM500’s and one was giving trouble. So I flashed that bad one with a back up from the good one. (Both have exactly the same image version). The DM500 I re-flashed now says Service not found when on a channel although all channels are in the. Any thoughts welcome.

how did you flash it?dream up?if so did you should say no to flash erase try it again and see how you get on
