Updated my image today now lost the rats picon updater plugin, I've added the latest picons via usb anyway but it's good to have, can't find it on this site, can someone give me a link

Ive downloaded the plugin & installed it, however when I try to update the picons I get an error & the box reboots. How do I copy the error log so I can post on here?
