My old man cannot find his radio code(Had a new battery fitted.)

It is a Vauxhall Corsa......Reg LD51 CBU.

Can anyone help plz?

The make and serial number of the radio is required mate. @smoggie will no doubt see this thread and offer some assistance.

Sorry,he is 86 and doesn't live close,so i can't get the required info.
