R4 sdhc ????

Hi guys
ive just bought a R4 sdhc card for my sons ds. when i put roms on it and put it in slot 1 the ds turns on i tap the screen then i get a blank white screen with a red "menu" logo in it and i cant do anything else. On the box it says R4 sdhc Upgrade revolution for ds. do i need to do anything to it

need to know exactly which card you have, post a picture if possible
if not possible, follow these simple steps:
1st reformat your microsd card (fat32)
2nd. look on your game cart for a web address, go to site and download latest firmware
3rd. unzip firmware and copy to root of sd card
4th. copy an older game onto sd card, see if that works.
this might sort you out, but
if you are still having problems, then greater detail is needed...

Sounds like the wrong firmware to me. There are a number of r4 sdhc clones around and the werbsites all have similar addresses so you need to make sure you are getting the right firmware for your cards kernel.
