all FTA channels on 28.2E should be receiveable on 60cm dish in the uk.but this is not a FTA channel.

yeah just read a bit about setanta afreeca and its not that simple as you have to register for it as its share

google setanta afreeca The channel you are after is on a spot beam for nigeria so there is no way you will get it via a dish in the uk I didnt go into in depth as not a footy fan but google should tell you if its possible.
