Pyronics Euro46 V10 alarm

Hi does anybody know how to find the engineers code for this alarm panel

We have 2 user codes but no engineer code, I was advised of default codes but these dont work.

Contacted the company whos name is on bell box the just said original customer wanted their own code, we dont know it.

Surely it should factory reset to default when you power it down and remove the internal battery….

Default Codes: User Code: 1234, Master Manager Code: 2222, Engineer: 1111.

id been given those codes :-( no joy

i dont think its as easy as that, just power off, its more like the hdd's and motherboards with ser numbers in eprom or some memory that is not cleared by power off.
Someone was saying its sit there trying all codes till you find it or systemboard replacement as there is no back door i just wondered if that is the case or it was BS.
