can anybody work this out
i have a di1000 phase 1 b ntl box
but as u know this is the same as a di1010 phase 1 b
i did update it to t/w
and it went faulty
it then came up saying ntl is updating
ur box dont turn off
???
so i swapped the atmels for t/west ones
and it is still saying ntl ibla bla bla
where is the software stored
i thought it was the atmels
i even swopped the u1400 and the u1401
there isnt any nvram is there
i know there r 2 more tsops on the board
fooking small ones as well
the u2400 and the u2401

but as i said at the start i thought the softwaree was held in the atmels anybody know anything different

I know this doesnt help but...

My 10001b was on TW CR3 ... when it was updating to TW CR4 the screen was the NTL loading screen ... updating please wait etc.

Then the box rebooted to the TW screen. It works fine on CR4 now, but i was surprised to see the NTL loading screen when updating TW software.
