hi guys..looking for a card programmer..can anyone suggest what kind of programmer i should buy??..is there a card programmer that works on all sorts of cards..mosc,opos,titaniu,ategma?..also where is the best and cheapest place to go about buying a card programmer?

so i talke it infinity usb phoenix programmer does the job...does this programmer come in phoenix mode??or is a software required??
