Looks repairable to me, but it would ultimately depend on whether the threads of the screw have caused any damage to the cords in the tyre.
Here they wouldn't think twice about it, UK tends to be a bit more fussy.
Probably better to take it to a small independent outlet rather than a KwikFit or the like, as the latter will most probably try & sell you a new one.
 
Yeah would probably advise against taking it to kwik fit if you want it repaired as they will tell you it cannot be repaired and that you need a new one, which may not necessarily be the case. As long as the cords in the tyre are still intact, it's repairable.

It's not close enough to the sidewall to be scrapped they will repair that mate.

As Above avoid quick fit, mate worked for them the so called un reparable tyres ended up on their cars mostly.

deffo repairable was my first job a tyre fitter many years ago
avoid kwik fit like the plague

Thanks guys, going to take it to the dealer most likely as ATS, and ArseFit have damaged a wheel in the past. Plus they will price match -10% if I need a new one if there are others.
