use a program called UMDGen v4.0 to create an iso,when done put the created file in the iso folder of your memory stick

then download anyother games of the sites i told u about coz u dont need to do anything with them once they are unzipped

downloaded the umdGen, not sure where to start with this programme,

Just open umdgen4.0 click on new and drag those folders onto it. Then click save and save it as an iso or cso somewhere. Then copy it to your iso folder on the memstick and away ya go!!
