PSP 1004 not turning on

Was given a psp... My first one.

I presh the power button on the psp the light turns green and stays green for 20 seconds then turns off and the actuall psp doesn't turn on, i can repeat this as much as i like and it's still the same case scenario.

However, when i hold the R trigger and the power button, i'm put in the 'M33 Recovery menu'.

My questions are,

Is this psp semi or full bricked?

Just by the 'M33 Recovery menu' title is that a given that cracked firmware was once installed?

And... How do I fix this PsP?
