I have bought from these guys before, you can get them to adjust the cost on the shipping label to avoid duty.

They will work in the UK. You will need a new power lead for them though. If you get backwards compatiable ones, then PS2 games are region locked. PS3 games and films are fine.

Also renchi are a very good company, you could also look at play-asia.com

I brought 2 back from Japan. Much cheaper than the UK.

play-asia.com will not ship any official sony hardware to countries in the european union. they will send games though, but they are scared to send hardware incase sony drags them through the courts like they did to another site. lik-sang.com or something like that
