programmer advice

Hi Guys,
Could someone steer me in the right direction of the cheapest, does the job, chip programmer that can be used for SA mod and DI2000. also are u-bomb unloopers just as good for unlocking, as they are cheaper.

It really depends on what cards you want to do & your computers ports?
I'd go for a infinity usb phoenix as it does most cards.
Don't know about the u-bomb but if your going to unlock ya cards you will need a programmer that supports phoenix mode and that I do believe connecting via your serial port.
 
Hi mate

Sorry, i rpobably was'nt very clear, it's a programmer for reading attys and various other onboard chips, such as those on a SA4000...Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
