problems with remote

just wondering if anyone has this problem or knows how to solve it.

when using the remote to change channels or scroll on the menu it keeps moving 2 channels at a time or skipping 2 menu items, I have to keep trying up and down to get it to go 1. This is not a remote problem as i have tried 2 remotes and I get the same problem.

maybe you can change the sensitivity on the box somewhere????
this is driving me mad.

Have a look on the key menu.... there are option to change the repeat delay etc for the remote control... playing with these values are likely to fix your problem

Yes got it on key delay, set it to 500 and it works great now cheers liamcrayden
