problem with on demand

Hi all im having a problem i can go in on demand but yet cant be able to select to se all the front row movies i was able to yesterday im not sure if the kids have been messing about but when i go on 0 chanel it goes to a movies which tells me that im able to see front row movies but i cant seem to select movies about to start on demand any idea's thnx all

what area are you, does it say filmflex on ch 107

Are you being asked for your pin number and if so is it being accepted?. Only suggesting this incase the kids have had a go and had the three attempts at the pin. Also, apparrently the keys rolled today, is it just front row you aren't getting?. I was in Cov a couple of days ago and had trouble installing a box for a mate. Can you tell me if your network i.d is 00019 or 00016 please?
