Problem control remote cloud ibox 2 plus

Hello everyone, I have the Cloud Ibox 2 Plus receiver with the OpenPLI 4.0 image. Cloud Ibox 2 Plus, it works fine for me, but I have a problem with the remote control, when I restart the receiver, the remote control works, but after a few seconds, stop working
I also realize that if I don't connect the antenna cable, it works, but when I connect it, the remote control stops working, only a few buttons work

The installed image is a ferret backup, someone had a clean openpli image to try.

Sounds like an hardware fault to me.

You could always reflash that image to make sure it not the image thats corrupt.

However to test is you have a corrupt image or a faulty box id just reflash the image your using.

I reinstalled the backup again and the problem continued. I tried to download another image, but it doesn't let me

I just downloaded the open image of the ibox section of the forum, with this the command works well, it does not lock. Now I would like to install an openpli image, when I look for it to be for cloudibox2 +? or I can install the cloudibox2 images

No you need to use 2+ or Ibox 3 images .

Ibox 2 images totally different.
