Prob - Dreambox and sum Channels

got the box up and runnin,
but i seem to hav a prob with truble and brovo as they seem to be the only ones that dont open, i wouldnt mind but my little sis is bugin me for those 2
am i missin sum thing, oh i seem to be gettin the epg info for it but it just dont open

umm seems i know what the prob is - need signal booster,
as if i switch off the net the channels cum in with out any prob
