mate got his xbox back from ms the other day after dreaded rrod they said it was same one they sent back but it was diff as his case was really scrathed and scuffed his one he sent back was ms28 this was benq and has the new heatsink i allwasy test the 360 before i take apart just to make sure it works and i put a disk in just to make sure drive works and spins (as i have had some one complain before saying it worked before i touched it ) was shocked when game loaded saved me a job
so what do microsoft do just fix the rrod then give them to the next person that sends in a broen one
