powering up---wait a moment

hi any one help me
i change 1000 box to vergine media . force up load by changing 41052 net id load ok and give me massage
VIRGIN MEDIA
POWERING UP----WAIT A MOMENT
left for 30 minute nothing happen . i can go in enginaring manu and i try to change net id manchester run again it goes to up grade and give error 4 that flash error.
and cant go back to enginnering manu
any idia

Pull the jumper then put back set net id back to your area hopefully your still getting ntl software and let box download old software again.
Does it say cable & Wireless on your box ?
If so I have found you need a wicked strong signal to the box for it to update correctly with a bad signal they seem to get corrupted on the download and then just hang on the please wait screen.
