Please Help

I started to mess around with the Dbox2 a few months ago. flashing and trying differant images etc. Now I want to buy a dream box 500c but I know nothing about them. I have spent over 5 hours reading threads but I am still lost.
What I need to know is.
1---Does the dream box need to be debuged ?
2---Are the images (Bruteforce, 6952, etc)the same as the Dbox2 ?
3---Is the Dreambox better (more stable)than the Dbox2 ?
4---Does the Dreambox need a card to work ?

1.no debuging in volved

2.the images are modified for uk cable

3.dreambox is faster to use than a dbox2 channel change etc..
the size of it is about as big as vhs cassete box

4.yes you need a network card or router to use a cross over cable to flash some images or some images you need a serial null modem cable to flash others

dreambox is more or less similar to the dbox2. only its newer and more faster and to be honest does more or less the same job.
