Playing back HD DVD files

Can someone tell me what I should use to play HD DVD files?
I have downloaded a movie which is made up of 2 folders, ADV_OBJ and HVDVD_TS. It looks like I need to play back the .EVO files inside but nothing I've tried will read them.

Apparently PowerDVD will play them.

PowerDVD 6.5 (if you don't have a HDCP-compliant graphics card) and in POwerDVD 7.2 (you need a HDCP-compliant card).

That'll be it then, I had the latest PowerDVD but it's obviously no good.
Just watched the beginning of The Departed.

Quality seemed pretty good but I think the PC (P4 something, 1GB) was struggling a bit. I got the occasional horizontal line kind of breakup on a couple of fast moving scenes. All in all pretty good, but at 25Gb you'd expect it to be pretty good!
