ping my dreambox

its the joys of it i suppose anyway problem is i have downloaded dcc and when i try find the ip it wont let me its like it blocked but when i go to add ons games etc its letting me download them so the cable has to be good is there a setting turned of on the dreambox anyone help this is the start of it

menu/setup/expert setup / communications setup

this will tell you the dreambox IP, untick the DCHP box and itll never change
