Phone Unlocking Philips savvy

Could Someone tell me if the Philips savvy can be chipped?
If so how is it done? or Is their a web site that i could goto for the information???

You can chip the old philips savvys but the new ones you cant. because on the old philips savvy the balance is stored on the eeprom anyway if you get hold of an old philips savvy here is a link to a file with some info in http://www.geocities.com/monkeyspunks/Gsm.html
