Has anyone ever heard of, know of anyone or got of of these cards?

Basically its a gps receiver that fits in a sd card slot. My friend has this old Medion Pocket PC. The GPS antenna that comes with it does not seem to work well, signal always breaking up so Im looking for a low cost solution. This is only £12.36
Expansys are also selling the CoPilot Live Pocket PC 4 CF GPS Special Edition for £9.99. Looks well cheap for a gps receiver but reviews seem to indicate weak pickup of signals.
