people disconnecting from fifa 07

Right i have returned to playing fifa 07 on my xbox the last few days and have noticed something that has cheesed my off. When i am beating some people they disconnect from the game and i dont get the win or rank points.How do they do this as when you disconnect after 20mins the result should still stand it must be some sort of glitch :Angryfire

It's a common problem. I used to get it all the time. Someone is losing, is a bad sport and disconnect.

For some reason the game doesn't act the same way as PES. So you don't get awarded the points if the other party leaves the game - which is a bit pants!
