Would I be able to view encrypted channels if I purchase either a DVB-S, DVB-T or DVB-C PCI tv tuner card for my PC. If i do get a PCI tv tuner i'll get the certain software such as progdvb to view channels but will I be also to decrypt those pay tv channels and those satellite encrypted channels ?

Thanks

The days of cable decryption are apparently coming to an end soon with the rollout of Nagra3.

Terrestrial is not a problem.

There are many different answers to the sat question, but if you mean Sky, then there's no way around their encryption.
