Pay as you drive insurance

Norwich Union have a new insurance policy out which is basically pay as you go. Different charges depending on what time you're driving (more after 11PM and before 6AM). You even get 100 free miles a month

makes me wish I was young again ! I have spent ££££££££££££££s and ££££££££££££££££s on insurance when I was young, and hardly did any driving really. Seems like a very good idea !!
