Pandora question

Is it right that a pandora battery can only be used on one psp, so if i do my kids one i can not lend it to a friend to do his because it is paired to the magic memory stick.
or did i just read a very old post and a crap site somewhere :err:

you can use a pandora battery and MS on any psp. so you can do the one and do your kids psps then lend it to your mates and it will be fine
