page cannot be displayed

can any1 tell why i get the 'page cannot be displayed' message in internet explorer when i try to get into msn, my netscape email address (yahoo email works) and to pay in checkout when ordering purchases on diff sites.
everything was fine couple days ago
could there been any auto security updates that may hav done it?

Possibly mate i would go into your internet settings and check nothing has been changed.

did check em but do no harm to run thro em again

if it was only a couple of days ago and u cant find the prob i always go back to the system restore as long as u aint got anything on there over the past couple of days u wanna keep.
