Pace DI4010-N Prob

Hi i think i have succesfully scratched the talk back on my new pace di4010 box i connected it to the feed and waiting to see if the middle led flashed but it never.. it got stuck on nlt for few mins until it said Er20 then went to 0.. I just searched forums and it says Error 20 means NIT.... Which is part of area frequency so i checked the eng menue and i found it 803.000 Mhz 6.887 and my req and sym is different i thought DAVIC boxes set the freq on auto could someone help me please...

r u in pure ntl mate , i have done a few 4010 and never had to set my freq it sets itself

yeh im in pure ntl area u think i should remove the red jumper and put it back just used the search buttong some ppl did that and the box sets it self...

yeah i would try it mate once u pull the red jumper go into engineers menu and reset the pin number pull power and plug back in and it should work let me know
