PACE di4000T net ID

I was trying to reset the pin by removing the jumper on the board but its now Knocked the net id off how do I get it back?

I made a RS232 from a tutorial (Big Cable Guide) I found.
parts were
1x max232cpe chip
4x 16v 10uf Caps
1x DB9 connector
and sone wire.
under £3.00 about and took 5 minutes to put together.

All parts were from rapid
