pace 4010 internal error 49

I,m trying to get bk from box pace 4010n using bkkv.22 also also usining solderless jtag,printer port is epp.what else can it be but the bytes in the configs.Ive trieb while box has diag on led also tried with led on nit.?any ideas????the box is also on 3_3 software.

problem solved one of the pins on the parralel lead was bent.
