pace 401 box

ok if i get one of these boxes will i be able to get the ird from the inside of the box and then use boxkey software to get my boxkey and from there programe a card for it.
obviously i have to stop talk back but do i have to do anything to the atmels or not?

if its a 4001 u need a led sim/volt method to get bk
if its a 4010 u need a jtag
Both ways require minimal soldering skills
neither need atmels removed ok
