Out of warranty repairs

Hi all, I have a Medion MDPPC 150 (Mitac Mio 168 clone) in need of repair.
The synch/charge connection has become loose and I can't either charge it or
synch it, so it has become unusable. Does anyone know where I can have it repaired? And is it worth it?
