original disc, banned console

im trying to play burnout paradise on my banned console, ive completed it about 92% prior to being banned, but now, it tells me im not logged in, and returns me to the title screen, and im stuck in this loop

am i unable to play some of my original discs due to being banned???

does anyone know if i can 'doctor' my profile on my hdd to get around this?

any help would be great
