Phone Unlocking orange payg owner

my orange PAYG sim card has been cut off, it was not reg in my name but i have had it for 3 years, so i rang up orange and they said only reg owner can turn it back on and not me, are the any way of finding out the reg owner?
or any way of doing it.

be easier just to get another sim card m8, less hassle. And they wont budge if your not the regg'd owner

Haven't got a chance without being the registered owner. Who did you get the SIM card off? All you need to do is back track to them or if you have any idea what password they might have given when they registered, you can ring and say you're them.
