[DM800HD] OpenPLI onscreen display "stopped"

Hiya

I haven't been here for ages as I sold up my satellite equipment. Anyway, a friend of mine is using this receiver with this image and he has in the top right corner of the screen a black box that displays the word "stopped". To be honest, I have no clue as to why.

Any suggestions/ideas on how to remove this?
