Openbox (solovox) V9S

Hi I hope this is not a duplicate thread.
I have just got a Solovox V9S same as Openbox V9S.
I would like to add my paid subscription IPTV M3u file, but I cant seem to find out how.
It was very easy on the V8S.
They seem to have made changes to the software and the Webtv is no longer in the menu.
Any one know how to do this on this V9S.

Does not look like any one has got this receiver working on IPTV.
Cant understand that as there are Utube videos of it working on Iptv but no one explains how to get the m3u file on it.
Think I will buy a Mag Box.
