From a technical point, my dish instructions for a fixed position tell me to set the skew to 125 (for chicago zipcode 60490) It turns the tri LNB a little to the side. Ok fine and sure enough I get signal on 110°, 119° and 129°.
I think I should be setting the skew neutral 0 and only use the center LNB with a motor for positioning. It will never be practical for me to have the triple-lnb if I want 72w, 83w, 87w, 89w (or a combination of these).
Do you think this is Correct? Skew 0 and use a motor?
Dish Network DS-1005 Dish 1000.2 Triple LNB HDTV is the dish. I wonder if the skew setting gets me 9-10 degrees per LNB, so 72, 83, 89 are within that range. Just curious. Regards john
