OPEN PLI - PICON HELP

hi all,
i have flash my DM800SE with open pli 4.0 however i cant for love nor money get the picons to work
they are stored on my HDD in folder /media/hdd/picon
they work fine with other images but on this image all i am getting is a logo of angel wings.. ??

i have tried using different skin on the image but still the same annoying result.. any suggestions?

IIRC, you were asked what date the image was.
What type of picons you are using SNP or SRP.

You don't have to answer, but people questions are asked to find out facts so they can give appropriate solutions.
