Open fat error!

Hi everyone,

just got my son a fire card with games. He spend the night at friends and comes back with it not working..(only day two as well). The error is as the subject line. Can anyone help with what the error actually is, and possible fix?

delete all of the little chip then put it back on from the disc one file might have been deleted from it once you get it working make a folder name it games and tell him not to delete anythink from any other files only games

Thanks, hoped it was down to just a file being deleted.
