Only Narrative audio on Virmin channels?

I am not sure what has happened but i only have the option for NAR audio on Virmin channels for some reason :-( Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

ONLY AUDIO FIX THAT WORKS 100%

After following the guide reboot the box and press the audio button and you get the option to change it to AC3 English.....NO Audio Description on all channels
