Office outlook 2016 - folder problem

Gents, I wonder if someone can help/offer advice with a little problem with office outlook 2016 which I use for email. Something has went wrong with the folder structure (I think), I can’t remember how it happened, I think it may have been when I went from POP to IMAP. I have two accounts – on the left, my first account, the default is

[email protected] emails from 15.12.2009 (I know) to 1.4.2019

The folder which currently receives emails is [email protected](1) from 14.5.2010 to date, I have to switch to this folder to see my current emails, I realise I could switch the (1) account to default to stop this.

My question is, is there a way to merge the two into one?

I have a second ntlworld.com email account which works as it should.

I hope that makes sense.
