NZB help!!

Been on nzb's a couple of years now and was with astraweb ubtil they cancelled my subscription, i was on unlimited download, ssl and 20 bots for $96 per year.

i have noticed there are some out there with 50 bots, does this mean i will get the download faster or that its shared across more bots so more efficent?

personally I don't think so.

You can try limiting your download app to one connection and see what speed you get. With giganews, I was getting over 10mb per connection so 5 was enough to max out my 50mb line. I have my download software set to 8 connections as that is the default, increasing it did not seem to make any difference.

Where it can help is if you are sharing an account with somebody else and you both want to download at the same time.

just had my account with astraweb cancelled too.no notice or nothing.
just emailed them to find out whats going on

They will tell you to resign up and pay, but don't create a new astraweb username and passwords. Reply to there email with your transaction code and your email and they will re-active your account.

yeah...all sorted now.They said it was paypal who cancelled the subscription.
so re joined and emailled them like you said.
