ntl new upgrades

As from january 2006 there will be a new upgrade free
1mb goes to 2mb
2mb goes to 5mb
3mb goes to 10mb

Yes, everyone will move to a tiered 10Mbps service with their downloaded allowance capped according to the price they pay.
