NTL email problem

is anyone having problems sending emails with NTL. I can emails no problem but it won't send them.
it;s saying

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '*****@hotmail.com'. Subject 'sss', Account: ****, Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 you are not allowed to send mail to <i******@hotmail.com>', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Is my setup wrong or is the problem on there end?
